Meagan Steinkamp began her design career in New York City, where she earned her BFA in Communication Design from Parsons the School for Design. A graphic and web design intern for the majority of her schooling career, she worked as a freelance designer after graduating in 2012, and continued to work on personal projects outside of her subsequent full-time positions.

Meagan's design aesthetic and skills were steadily developed by her experience in the NYC advertising world at the notable KBS agency. Under the BMW account, she was recognized for her digital work as part of the Spies & Assassins team, including an agency-wide 'KBS Plus Award' in 2014. Raised in Silicon Valley, she is fascinated by both the front- and back-end of web design in addition to her passion for print and publication.

Now back in her native California, Meagan continues to explore the intersection of design and development with projects like SpliceLit, an online magazine she co-founded in 2013. She is passionate about learning about the world and travels whenever she can. When not in front of a screen, Meagan can be found in the kitchen baking, reading thriller novels, or having staring contests with her cat.
